Minimum Experience:  5 Years(At least four years of progressively responsible support experience including at least two years in the field of finance, accounting, transport, insurance, statistics, operations, administrative services or other related field. At least one year at G4 level or equivalent.)
Work Permit:  Pakistan
Salary Range:  PKR. 60000 to 80000/month

  Job Description


  • Data entry and Reporting for all projects falling under Swat operation.
  • Correct recording of all activities of movement for all Swat projects Receipts/Stock/Dispatches/Loan/Losses/Distribution.
  • Reconciling all Distributions for All Swat projects.
  • COMPAS Stock Report and Reconciling Physical Vs COMPAS
  • Coordinate with Operations and Programme that FRN have been issued for any food movement, ensuring the same have been recorded in COMPAS and Reporting on a monthly basis how the FRN has been executed.
  • Reconciling physical stock with COMPAS stock and ensuring correct entry of Monthly Physical inventory in COMPAS.
  • Reporting on the status of loans on a Monthly basis.
  • Reporting COMPAS quarterly activities, Receipt, Dispatches, Stock, Losses, and Loans.
  • Compile on a monthly basis losses that have occurred for the period by type. i.e., Transporter, warehouse, CP.
  • Ensure all Dispatch Ex- SWAT have been received in COMPAS, if not necessary follow-up made with responsible staff to check on the transporter and action taken to complete the COMPAS transactions.
  • Produce CDR for all dispatches Ex-SWAT on a timely basis.
  • Ensure all Dispatch Ex- SWAT (Mills, Warehouses and any dispatch point under SWAT) have been recorded in COMPAS.
  • Respond to queries regarding commodities to staff in the unit and elsewhere within the Programme.
  • Maintain and effective and efficient document filling system.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

  Required Skills

Ability to utilize computers ability to draft correspondence and to write and spell correctly; ability to handle a large volume of work quickly and accurately under time constraints. Courtesy, tact and the ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
Good organization and planning skills; ability to interpret and analyze a wide variety of data and identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational problems a high sense of initiative and good judgment.
Ability to work systematically and to communicate complex matters both orally and in writing. Ability to work in a team environment and achieve common goals.
